There is just one two day game being played as a day/nighter at Gibson Park North in October (so far).
Ashgrove meets Coorparoo in C1 on 10+17-Oct.
Play will start 3.10pm at Gibson North for a day minimum of 70 overs.
Sunsets at 5.52p and 5.56p on each game day respectively.
There will be a recommended a 40 minute dinner break at 5.30p, then session 2 will be 6.10pm to 8.30p to avoid twilight batting.
Note:
Law 11.7 (also Reg 22) (take an early tea/dinner if an innings ends within 30 minutes of tea) will apply but Law 11.4 allows captains and umpire(s) to agree to change interval times if adverse conditions (such as poor light) are a cause.
For example… 9 down at 5.30pm, continue playing for 30 minutes or until last wicket falls. But at 5.50pm the light makes the game unplayable. So umpires and captains can agree to stop for a 40 minute tea interval at that point.
Drinks at 4.20pm and 7.20pm.
C1 will be supplied Pink Senator 4 piece balls for the match.
