SCHEDULE OF FEES AND FINES FOR 2019/2020 SEASON

PASSED AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 15th JULY 2019

SATURDAY COMPETITION

Affiliation Fee (Includes Scorebook, Playing Regulation and Team List booklets)

  • If full payment received before 30th September 2019 $220 per team (incl GST)
  • If full payment received after 30th September 2019 $250 per team (incl GST)

Wicket Fees (paid by visiting teams)

Club with a Wicket

  •  Two Day Fixture $220
  • One Day Fixture $110

Club without a Wicket

  •  Two Day Fixture $260
  • One Day Fixture $130

Umpire Expenses

  • Reimbursement $140 for one umpire per day ($70 from each team)
    Including where play washed out and umpire not notified and arrived at ground

Cricket Balls (QSDCA crested)

  • 2 Piece Kookaburra (B and C Grades)
    • Cost to QSDCA (Confirmed by suppliers 3-Sep-19) $45.50
    • Less QSDCA Subsidy ($10.50)
    • Cost to clubs $35.00
  • 4 Piece Kookaburra (A Grade)
    Cost to QSDCA (Confirmed by suppliers 3-Sep-19) $67.50
    Less QSDCA Subsidy ($17.50)
    Cost to clubs $50.00

Finals

Contributions to cost of finals by Teams playing in the finals at the end of the season

  1. Wicket fees for each day of the finals
  2. One Umpire’s expenses for each day of the finals with the expenses of one umpire per day being paid by the Association

Affiliation Fee  includes Scorebook, Wicket Fees, Balls and Umpire Expenses

 FEES – MEL LOWINGS CUP (SUNDAY 50 OVERS)

  •  $165 per team (incl GST)

Wicket Fees

  •  Clubs with or without wicket $110

Umpires Expenses

  •  Reimbursement per Umpire per day $140 for one umpire per day($70 from each team)

 FINES

ALL COMPETITIONS (SATURDAY, MEL LOWINGS CUP & SUPER 20 CUP)

  •  Non notification of scores on Facebook $0
  • Late Abstract (In MyCricket after 11:59pm on Wednesday following the end of the match) $30
  • Additional per week until fully completed $10
  • Abstracts overdue by two weeks or more after notification shall result in loss of three premiership points

FINES – MEETINGS
Non-attendance at Delegates Meetings

  •  First non-attendance $10
  • Second non-attendance $20
  • Third non-attendance $50

FORFEITS
Fine (to be distributed at end of season to the clubs receiving the forfeit)

+Wicket Fee reimbursement
+Umpire Expenses reimbursement

1) $200 fine for each day for each and every forfeit of match
2) plus full wicket fees
3) plus full umpire expenses if forfeit occurs on the day of the match

Note: All fees and fines will be regularly invoiced to clubs at the end of each month.
