SCHEDULE OF FEES AND FINES FOR 2021/22 SEASON

PASSED AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 19-JUL-2021

SATURDAY COMPETITION

Affiliation Fee (Includes Scorebook, Playing Regulation and Team List booklets)

If full payment received before 30th September 2020 $220 per team (incl GST)
If full payment received after 30th September 2020 $250 per team (incl GST)

Wicket Fees (paid by visiting teams)

Club with a Wicket

Two Day Fixture $240 (incl GST)
One Day Fixture $120 (incl GST)

Club without a Wicket

Two Day Fixture $280 (incl GST)
One Day Fixture $140 (incl GST)

Since pitch preparation requires extensive work to be done ahead of each match day, wicket fees are payable for ALL matches including all matches affected by weather.
Please budget your team expenses to include wicket fees for any washed out matches.

Umpire Expenses

$150 for one umpire per day ($75 from each team)
Including where play washed out and umpire not notified and arrived at ground.

Finals

Contributions to cost of finals by Teams playing in the finals at the end of the season

  1. Wicket fees for each day of the finals
  2. One Umpire’s expenses for each day of the finals. The expenses of second umpire to be paid by the Association.

Note: All fees and fines will be invoiced to clubs on a regular basis. No cash required on match day.

FEES – MEL LOWINGS CUP (SUNDAY 50 OVERS)

The aim will be to charge the same fees for each Subbies or Warehouse team as their own association would do normally for Saturday cricket. Fees for wickets and umpires and payment methods differ between associations. This is under negotiation at this moment. Watch for an announcement.

FINES – ALL COMPETITIONS (incl. SATURDAYS, MEL LOWINGS CUP & SUPER 20 CUP)

  • Non notification of scores on Facebook $0
  • Late Abstract (Team lists, result, all scores & Captain’s Umpire Report into MyCricket by 11:59pm on Wednesday following the end of the match) $30
  • Additional per week until fully completed $10
  • Abstracts overdue by two weeks or more after notification shall result in loss of three premiership points

FINES – MEETINGS

Non-attendance at Delegates Meetings

  • First non-attendance $10
  • Second non-attendance $20
  • Third non-attendance $50

FORFEITS

Fine (to be distributed at end of season to the clubs receiving the forfeit)
+Wicket Fee reimbursement
+Umpire Expenses reimbursement
1) $200 fine for each day for each and every forfeit of match
2) plus full wicket fees
3) plus full umpire expenses if forfeit occurs on the day of the match
