QSDCA Secretaries Meeting will be held at 6.30pm on Monday 10 Aug 2026 online by MSTeams.

NEW This meeting is being held online only for the first time. The committee thinks this will save time and effort for organisers and attendees.

The meeting has two main purposes: to submit Club Memberships and Team Nominations and to discuss any news and plans for the upcoming season. Both these can be achieved without in-person attendance.

Attendance at Association Meetings

Please note

  • Clubs are expected to be represented at Association Meetings by their delegates either in person or online.
  • There are three Delegates meetings and one Secretaries meeting in the season.
  • See the QSDCA Season Calendar for dates. https://qsdca.com.au/season-calendar/
  • Non-attendance at Delegates Meetings
    • First non-attendance $10
    • Second non-attendance $20
    • Third non-attendance $50
  • If no delegate can attend a meeting please email before the meeting with “apologies” to secretary@qsdca.com.au to avoid meeting non-attendance fines.
  • If fines are added clubs will be billed by invoice later in the season.
