    • A further formal memo containing some tips and suggestions will be issued soon.
    • But the basic message is be prepared for any medical emergency at cricket.
    • Management Committee has stopped short of **requiring** first aid kits at grounds but we can’t see any reason why any team would not see it in their best interest to have adequate first aid equipment on hand.
  • Michael Fisher spoke about the soon to be concluded Pilot Bridging Competition. He said the new post Xmas comp is due to start in February. Look out for a memo soon.
    • Michael also talked about Rosterfy
      *Rosterfy is a volunteer management system for both

      • volunteers looking for work to meet their particular volunteering requirements AND
      • clubs and associations requiring volunteers to complete projects.
    • A draft Expression of Interest will be distributed in the near future.
  • Michael said that along with QSDCA and QC the Warehouse Association has joined the Community and Club Collective

    * Things are improving slowly but the pandemic is not over yet.
    * Border restrictions will be relaxed on Monday 13-Dec, four days ahead of the original plan on Th 17-Dec.
    * Nothing will change at cricket due to the relaxation.
    * In fact QR check-ins will be more important due to the increased chance of outbreaks.
    * It is important to maintain the existing requirements for matches:

    • scan in using QR Code contact tracing
      * handwashing
      * social distancing
      * stay away if sick
      * bowler’s hats on the ground,
      * no spitting on the ball
      * and all the things we’ve been doing for nearly 2 years now.
