IMPORTANT – Please note that Notices of Motion (b) and Nominations to the Management Committee (c) must be received by the Honorary Secretary no later than midnight on Wednesday 05 Jul 2023 (12 days before the AGM.)

 Completed Notices of Motions, Mancom Nominations and voting forms for these will be issued closer to the meeting.
