Please note that

  • Completed Notices of Motion must be received by the Honorary Secretary no later than COB Monday 13 Jul 2026 (for distribution 7 days before the AGM) and
  • Nominations for the Management Committee must be received by the Honorary Secretary no later than midnight on Monday 6 Jul 2026. 
  • Completed Notices of Motions, Mancom Nominations, Annual Report, Proposed Fees and Fines and voting forms will be issued closer to the meeting.

Please submit your Club Membership and Team Nomination Forms for 2026/27 before the Secretaries Meeting (10-Aug-2026) – new editions of these forms will be issued in the near future.
