- All teams, captains and umpires are reminded that PAPER team sheets are to be completed and submitted before the toss of coin for every match in every competition.
- Team Sheets will not be accepted if they are on scraps of paper, they only appear on PlayHQ, they are not ready when requested, they include nicknames.
- Full names and not initials must be used and any under 18 players must be listed.
- Once completed team sheets must not be altered.

Umpires are instructed: Do not toss the coin (begin the match) before both team sheets are completed and exchanged.
