Allow whites as an alternative to team uniforms (for players who don’t have the uniform)

Crackdown on unauthorized uniforms by introducing a meaningful penalty scheme for uniform violations.

Establish a team shirt gallery. (Pictures and diagrams of team uniforms on the website.)

Ban coloured pads(and dark coloured gloves) for **red ball** cricket.

Who can make a COB report? Players, umpires and the QC CEO are allowed but not the President or Secretary of this association.
J. CHANGE DOWNGRADE DEFINITION TO INCLUDE CCC TRANSFERS (Reg 4)

To specify that players transferring from CCC teams are subject to downgrade rules like players from other grades.
K. SIMPLIFY THE PROCEDURE FOR UNEXPECTED REPLACEMENTS (Reg 23.2)
- Introduce extra reasons for allowance of unexpected replacement. (In addition to Rep duty and illness/injury)

- lawful reason
- To make the administration of this Regulation a bit easier.
- Maintain “give a reason but no explanation is required” => “accept 3 week suspension” bargain.
- Introduce an electronic application form.

- Notification through a list published on a website table which can be automatically updated. Ends the need to generate email notifications (which is a P.I.T.A., frankly.)
- Deadline for approval to be shifted from 10am Saturday to 8pm Friday
